Mpeg2-tshls Directshow Source Filter

Hi, I think this problem may be of interest to many people It should solve the problem of how to bring LIVE 3D animation generated sound (voice) to a browser page.. For the video, I think the DS samplegrabberfilter should be mentioning in the infoheader MediaSubType..
